Housing For Students
Student Housing Possibilities
There’s no question that the fantastic education you’ll receive at Penn Commercial Business/Technical School can take you down a viable career path. Before you take your first class, though, you’ll need to find a place to live if you are not within easy driving distance of our Washington, PA, campus. You’ve chosen an affordable school that prepares you with the skills you need to succeed in a fraction of the time (and cost) of a four-year college. Part of what makes traditional college so expensive is the cost of on-campus housing.
Penn Commercial does not have pricey residence halls or the restrictions that come with them, from being paired with a roommate you don’t know (and may not even like) to having a curfew or not allowing you to have a car on campus. We do, however, have a list of apartments available for Penn students to rent. You may find just the accommodations and amenities you require. Please be aware that Penn Commercial does not have a stake in any of these apartment complexes, and all rental agreements are between the student and the property manager or apartment owner.
