The Nail Technician Program at Penn Commercial is a 12-week diploma program providing students with 250 hours of training in the fundamentals of manicuring, pedicuring, professional nail enhancement and nail art. With in-person classes Monday through Wednesday each week, instruction consists of classroom training and practical experience in a clinical setting using relevant and artistic approaches, techniques, and trends. The program is designed to prepare students for the Pennsylvania licensing examination and for entry-level employment in the professional nail industry.
