Class Schedule
The Network Administration program is 18 months in length and consists of theory and laboratory. Classes are scheduled Monday through Thursday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Externships are scheduled during the last quarter of the program and may include Fridays.
Advanced Placement/Test Outs
Any active or newly enrolled student may apply for advanced placement status. Performance test outs may be arranged through the Director of Education on a request basis and must be taken prior to the beginning of the start of the class. Any student who has sat in classes is ineligible for advanced placement. For more details regarding the Advanced Placement Policy, please refer to the Course Catalog.
Computer
During the students' course of study, they will build their own computer that becomes an integral part of their future curriculum and is theirs to keep upon successful completion of the program.
Program Outline
This program is designed to prepare students for employment in the computer networking field. Students will be well prepared to enter the field for entry level positions in client needs assessments, design, installation, and maintenance.
