Penn Commercial is committed to maintaining a safe and inviting environment for students of all backgrounds to learn. We take allegations of assault, harassment and misconduct seriously and investigate thoroughly. Our students, faculty and staff are covered by our Sexual Assault Policy and Code of Conduct.
If you have personally experienced, witnessed, or received knowledge of sexual assault, sexual harassment, gender-based harassment, stalking, violence, or other misconduct, please fill out the form below. You may do so anonymously. Please be as specific as possible and provide the name(s) of the offender(s), and of the victim(s) if possible. We understand this may be difficult, but it helps us in our investigation.
