Duties:
- Provide direct care and support to individuals with diverse needs, including seniors, individuals with autism, and those requiring hospice care
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
- Implement behavior management techniques to ensure the safety and well-being of individuals
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
- Foster a supportive and inclusive environment for individuals under your care
- Drive individuals to appointments and outings as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in caregiving or direct support
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with individuals of all backgrounds
- Compassionate and patient demeanor when working with individuals who may have physical or cognitive challenges
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a team
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
