General Maintenance

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and skilled General Maintenance Technician to join our small manufacturing client located in Perryopolis PA. This position is responsible for ensuring that facilities, equipment, and property remain in safe, working condition.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine building maintenance, inspections, and preventive maintenance.
• Conduct basic electrical repairs
• Handle plumbing tasks
• Perform minor construction work
• Assist with facility material handling when needed.
• Support upkeep of local commercial property
• Troubleshoot equipment and facility issues and coordinate with outside vendors when necessary.
• Assist in ensuring a safe workplace.

Qualifications & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or trade certification a plus.
• General experience in building/facility maintenance or related field.
• Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general construction practices.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
