Class Schedule
The Executive Office Administration program is 18 months in length and consists of theory, laboratory, and externship. Classes are scheduled Monday through Thursday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Externships are scheduled during the last quarter of the program and may include Fridays.
Advanced Placement/Test Outs
Any active or newly enrolled student may apply for advanced placement status. Performance test outs may be arranged through the Director of Education on a request basis and must be taken prior to the beginning of the start of the class. Any student who has sat in classes is ineligible for advanced placement. For more details regarding the Advanced Placement Policy, please refer to the Course Catalog.
Program Outline
This program is designed for those who desire a challenging and demanding career as an administrative assistant in private enterprise, legal office, government, or the educational field. It is intended to develop administrative and managerial skills with emphasis on human relations and communication skills.
